Where to start... Kelli was hands down the best real estate professional we've ever worked with. When we decided to relocate back to Abilene, she was able to set up time-efficient days for us to tour all the houses we cared to see. Since we were coming in from Frisco to Abilene, she made sure to pay attention to the "must haves" and the "strongly desired" but also "deal breaker" factors. She went far above and beyond what we've ever experienced and was relentless in helping us find the right home for our needs. On top of that, our home was under contract during the historic snow storms in early 2021. The home sustained fairly significant damage due to the deep freeze and Kelli was key in communicating with us as we were out of town and dealing with our home sale there. We had repairs made, communication was excellent with the seller and their agent. I felt like she cared about the repairs as though a family member would be moving into this house and not a client. As an aside, we are a retired dual military family and loved Abilene. Kelli, as Vet herself and as a military spouse understands the unique needs of the military relocation. Stick with Kelli -- she will take outstanding care of you and you'll be on your way soon! Kelli is the best!
