We definitely needed some additional help to take us through the process. We were referred to Griselda by a coworker of mine. From the day we meet to the day we received our keys and became first time home buyers. Our experience has been nothing, but beyond spectacular. She walked us through the process flawlessly meanwhile being on top of everything. My husband and I decided to move from Antioch to American Canyon since we want to move closer to my husband family. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy since the market has fewer inventories of properties compared to when we bought our first home almost 9 years ago. We interviewed a few agents and Griselda was referred to me by one of my friends. After speaking with her, we knew she was the right pick. She was very thorough with her plans on how to sell our home and how to help us find a new home. She was also very familiar with Benicia/American Canyon area and that was a big plus since we really need someone who knows the area. Timing was key to selling and buying a new home and Griselda was able to put us in a very organized timeline. Our house, after being on the market for a week, already had multiple offers and we accepted a very generous offer after only being on the market for less than 2 weeks. After finding a buyer for our house, the pressure was definitely on since we knew we really need to hustle to find a new home. All the houses we either saw or showed interest in, Griselda was able to give us a little history and background that helped us decide if that particular house was a right fit for us. It was very hard finding the right home since I had very specific wants and needs, and after being turned down after a couple of offers, frustration definitely started to grow. Then there was this house that have been on the market for several months. After looking at the online posting, we didn’t show any interest since the pictures didn’t really seem very appealing. She suggested that we look at it in person, and after seeing the it for the first time, we ended up just really loving the charm of the house and the area since it was just walking distance to schools for our kids. She helped us with the offer process and we were so ecstatic when our offer was accepted! We thought that the stress was over after finding a house. It was nightmare what Griselda had to go through with our buyer’s agent. Our buyer’s agent was so unresponsive to her phone calls, texts and emails that she had to find another way to keep the process going. For a few days we were starting to lose hope thinking that our buyer was not going to follow through this sale. But Griselda kept a very tight communication with the loan officer and title officer and made it possible to finally close escrow on our house WITHOUT the buyer’s agents help. Griselda is amazing!!! She called and followed up with me daily to give me updates and specific details on the closing process. She is very organized and very passionate and it was very easy dealing with her. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and had exceeded our expectations. I would not change anything to what she has done for us because without her, I know that it would have been very impossible to sell and find our dream home in just 7 weeks.
