About Leilani

My career in real estate started in Hawai'i. My husband was in medical school and I needed to pay our bills. What started out

of necessity became a fun and rewarding career! Homes... such a huge investment, yet a choice and a decision that is truly

personal. Every individual is unique in his or her criteria of what their dream home should look like. The 'must have' list and

the wish list cover a wide spectrum, and let's not forget the cost. A challenge? Sure! One that I absolutely adore and thrive in!

What other career allows you to tap into people's ideas and dreams, and then help them bring those to fruition!?! For many,

this is the epitome of the American Dream. For me, it's the thrill of helping them achieve it.

 

Why me, you ask? I have spent my entire 20+ year career in real estate and finance.

 

From 1992-1996, I was an escrow officer at a busy escrow and title company in Hawai'i. As an escrow officer, I was the third

neutral party, who reviewed all real estate transactions that came across my desk. I made sure that all contingencies, in the

agreement of sale, title report, and lender requirements were met in order to close. Then I walked every buyer and seller

through all the documents at closing. By the way, I was their top producer for several years, up until we left Hawai'i.

From 1996-2007, we moved to Pennsylvania and I spent those years as a branch manager, (even managing two branches at one

point), working my way up to an Assistant Vice-President. I was also recognized as a top producer.

 

From 2018 to present, I returned to real estate. I was recently recognized with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond

Award for their top professionals internationally. In addition to being a licensed realtor, I am also certified in relocation,

(assisting those who move in and out of the state), and a member of the Institute for Luxury Homes. My success comes from

my passion and enthusiasm for helping others.
