We came down on a weeks long whirlwind vacation to find a house to buy since our home had already sold in Pennsylvania, Melissa immediately took us under her wing, showed us everywhere we wanted to be, was honest with us about property values and steered us away from homes that ultimately wouldn’t suit our needs. The day before we were ready to leave she found us the perfect property, and did everything in her power to make sure that we got on our flight home knowing we had secured a home here in Florida. In the height of the real estate craze Melissa still got us a great deal when others were offering thousands above asking, she navigated a really tricky transaction like a boss, and most of all she responded to everyone of my crazed texts, phone calls and was able to keep me calm and feeling assured throughout the entire process.
