About Kathleen

Having been raised in Arizona and living in most of the East Valley Cities, I am passionate about selling the Arizona lifestyle in the Greater Phoenix Area. In the 1980's I began my real estate career helping people buy and sell homes in the Central Phoenix area. Eventually, I took a position as a loan originator for a mortgage company. I left the workforce to raise my two children then decided to jump back into the real estate business to work side-by-side with my clients as they invest in real estate and find their dream homes.

I moved to Chandler in 2010 and am very active in the community; serving on several committees at my local REALTOR® association (WeSERV), and at the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, where I am the 2020 Ambassador of the Year making connections with new business members and helping them take full advantage of the many opportunities at the chamber.

I have invested extensively in higher education in my industry allowing me entrance into the Arizona Realtors Master of Real Estate Society. I have been endorsed by the National Association of Realtors Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program, and I hold multiple national designations and cerifications which are listed on my LinkedIn page (linedin.com/in/kathleenbanisterazhomes/).
