As a first time (Millennial) home-buyer, I was very intimidated by the process and wary of being taken advantage of and placed in a situation I wasn't comfortable with by pushy salespeople. John immediately put me at ease and was very easy to relate to. I always felt that I was being listened to, even when I was feeling overwhelmed or stressed. John is punctual, responsive, and knows how to hustle to get you showings quickly to give you the best chance at landing an offer. I was most impressed by his negotiation skills - he puts relationships first and is always forging new ones with other agents, brokers, sellers, lenders. This really came in handy in a competitive market where John's rapport with other professionals gave us an edge in the negotiation process. I really liked the way he would just say, "Of course I can do that for you!" and pick up the phone right there and make the call. If I had questions that John didn't know the answer to (I am a textbook over-analyzer), he would find the answer and get back to me right away. The protective mountains and natural desert fostered a love of the area and he knew this was the place to settle and grow a strong future.
When he’s not working, John gives back to his community through service and donation to the Children’s Miracle Network. In his personal life, he has been happily married to his wife, Kaysie, since 2021. Together they enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends. Their three-year-old German Shorthair, Pepper, keeps them busy and outdoors.
