About Diane

I have had the privilege of sharing over 25 years full time real estate experience in Boston and Fort Lauderdale with buyers and sellers. I am skilled in negotiating and the ability to explain the process of purchasing or selling luxury real estate, which allows clients to see the perspective of both sides of the deal.  This is important in managing expectations and providing a seamless transaction. 

I am skilled in listing presentations, marketing, negotiating and coordinating all of the details of residential sales transactions.  I exhibit a great deal of tenacity to do everything necessary to bring the parties to a successful close. 

I am connected locally and nationally for referrals through the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which I have had for over 20 years. This designation is a combination of high production requirements as well as continuing education.
