About Liz

As an energetic, fun, and easy to work with Real Estate Consultant, I get the job done! If you are looking to list, sell or move to another home, I view it as my duty to be your trusted advisor while being confidential and discreet. I started in Real Estate in 1984 answering phones and pulling reports for agents until I became a licensed REALTOR® in 1987 living in Alexandria, Virginia. As life changed and my children needed my attention during non-school hours, I decided I needed something with standard hours as a single mom. After years of hard work and schooling, I received my degree in Computer Networking and moved up from a Computer Tech to Senior Management. My position in the Air Force afforded me with so many experiences I will never forget.

In 2004, my passion for real estate drove me back into creating my own business. I have acquired some fabulous skills from my time in management, such as attention to detail, program management, and problem-solving skills. These tools have enhanced my skills as a Realtor® over the past 18 years. Learning and educating myself and my customers doesn’t stop. Over the years, I have received my Associate Broker’s License in MD, CRS, GRI, and e-Pro. Most recently, I just received my CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist!

Over 18 years, the market has been through some changes. It has afforded me to become skilled in many areas of the Real Estate Industry from Residential, Short Sales, Auctions, 1031 Exchanges, and Creative Financing. In 2012, I was asked to join The Villages Sales Team, where I was given an opportunity to show retired individuals a “lifestyle” that could be exciting, fun, and worth living. My years there were successful and in 2013, I was “Rookie of the Year” and over the coming years ascended to one of their top sales representatives. 

Fast Forward to 2021, I have teamed with NextHome Sally Love Real Estate. We have a fabulous team of agents, so when you hire me, you get 80+ other eyes on your property. We support each other and our clients! We are a Team!!! We also have a company mascot, “Luke”, a French bulldog... Luke embodies everything we stand for at NextHome. He is friendly, kind, and always there when you need a helping hand!
