Beth is simply the best, most competent, and patient realtor I have ever worked with. It is a tough market and she never gave up on us. We saw so many places--from Santa Fe to Albuquerque and Beth was always ready to drop everything and show us the properties. She even met us at a property on New Year's day within an hour of the property coming onto the market. She also has an excellent knowledge of the market and has a wide network. She reached out to her colleagues on our behalf and actually showed us several properties before they were listed. When I was swayed by one place because of its aesthetic, she advised us that it was too small for us, overpriced, and in a bad location. So grateful for her wise counsel. We would have been miserable in that place even though I loved the way that it looked. Her follow through is amazing. She stays on top of all phases of the transaction. She is also a great resource. Her recommendations are the best-we used a mortgage broker that she recommended and have been extremely happy with him. He, in turn, referred us to an insurance agent--also excellent. By the way, when she could not show us a property right away, she arranged for someone else to do so. I would not consider any other realtor. I have complete trust in Beth
