About Kathi

Kathi's career is built on a rich foundation of design, construction, and residential real estate sales and leasing—an evolution that unfolded naturally over decades of experience.

A native of Los Angeles, Kathi's passion for design launched her career in the fashion and accessories industry. She went on to establish her own accessories collection in New York, manufacturing in both Spain and the United States. For more than 30 years, her collections were sold through many of the nation's leading retailers and mail-order catalogs, giving her extensive experience in design, merchandising, product development, and business management.

 

In 1999, Kathi relocated to Naples, Florida, where she joined a family-owned Certified General Construction company. During her 11 years in construction, she gained invaluable experience in site development, floor plan design, commercial and residential construction, and remodeling. She contributed to several notable projects, including La Playa Beach & Golf Resort, Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort, the historic restoration of Everglades City Hall, Avion Woods, and the development of a Class A luxury motorcoach resort in Everglades City. 

 

Her design expertise also played an important role in architectural and design review throughout many of these projects.

 

In 2009, Kathi earned her Florida Real Estate License and became the Property Management Division Manager for Coldwell Banker's Park Shore office, where she successfully led the division for three years before returning to her passion for residential real estate sales.

 

Today, Kathi combines her background in merchandising and design with hands-on construction knowledge and extensive real estate experience to provide clients with a unique perspective. Whether helping buyers recognize a home's potential, guiding sellers in maximizing value, helping owners lease property short and long term, or navigating the complexities of construction and renovation, she brings creativity, practical expertise, and a commitment to exceptional service to every transaction.
