About Brad

Brad is a second-generation real estate broker and appraiser with over thirty years of experience working within the Detroit metropolitan real estate market.  Obtaining his real estate license at the age of 19 and appraiser license shortly after, Brad has been a lifelong professional.  Earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan has further assisted Brad’s knowledge of the supply and demand of real estate.  The many years he spent brokering sales and working in the appraisal field has given him a unique and expert status in determining value.  A quote Brad most often tells his clients: “One major fact that will never change AFTER the purchase or sale of property is PRICE, make sure you get it right!”.  Working with Brad, either buying or selling, will ensure his clients they will have a full and accurate understanding of market value as it relates to their real estate transaction. 

Brad holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation which adds to his expertise in working with relocation sales/purchases.  In addition, Brad has years of experience providing relocation appraisals and fully understands the intricate process transferees go through when buying or selling their homes.  In the relocation business, it is especially important to work with a value expert such as Brad when dealing with corporate buyouts or when transferees are looking to purchase in an unknow market.
