When there was a home we wanted to view, with this market, there was no such thing as, let's take a look this weekend", it was..."we need to get an appointment "now"! Yvonne never hesitated to stop what I'm sure she was doing, and get us in for viewings; sometimes within just a few minutes after we called her. I am sure there must have been many times when she dropped what she was doing with her family to help us. Yvonne went above and beyond and ALWAYS made us feel like all her trouble was just no big deal. We were looking at homes in Huntersville, Denver, Iron Station, Sherrills Ford, Mooresville, Lincolnton, Kannapolis, Concord and maybe more. Sometimes two or three in the same evening. A California native, I relocated to Charlotte in 2007 with my husband Mark and our three children. My love of real estate and design came very early in life and continued into college as I studied fundamentals of architecture, drafting, time period furnishings and textiles. Before moving to North Carolina, I ventured to Charlotte to find the right location for my family by assessing the commute, lifestyle, community and interests of the neighborhoods around the Charlotte area that fit our lifestyle. Having lived in Charlotte the last 14 years I have explored many towns and have knowledge of what North Carolina has to offer my clients.

Listening to the needs of my clients as they share their vision for their next home is one of my greatest passions as a real estate professional. I am committed to my clients and serve with attention to details while providing the information on properties and amenities in community. This helps my clients feel more at home purchasing in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Having relocated myself, I understand the overwhelming emotions, stress and excitement of moving, even if it is just down the street! With great attention paid toward understanding each client's perspective, I strive to serve my clients with warmth and commitment through the buying and selling processes.

I live in the Town of Huntersville and enjoy volunteering in my community, spending time outdoors and on the water ways, exploring other towns and communities of North Carolina and cultivating lasting relationships with friends and neighbors.
