Before launching her career in real estate, Eva was a professional firefighter/EMT with the City of Vancouver, Washington. Her background in construction through her family’s business adds another layer of insight into the homes she represents. Whether evaluating build quality or navigating complex transactions, Eva’s clients benefit from her hands-on knowledge, strategic mindset, and calm-under-pressure demeanor.

Eva specializes in high-end properties, new construction, and lifestyle-driven relocations.
