Claudia is an incredible professional and as much as buying a house can be stressful, she made it a pleasant experience for us! We were introduced to her when I was in transition from New York City to Toronto and before I was even eligible to buy a house in Canada. My wife and I recently worked with Claudia on the purchase and sale of our new/existing home. We decided to use Claudia as our Real Estate agent once again after enjoying such a smooth process in purchasing our first home. The task this time around was much more difficult as home ownership over the past two years allowed us to understand exactly what we were looking for. A lot of Agents will tell you that they are available 24/7 but seeing this done in practice is a totally different proposition. There were many times that I would get home at 7 PM and message them seeing if we could go see a property by 8 PM. This happened over 10 times and not once did we face any resistance.
