Everything moved fast and easily. My fiancé and I sat down on a Thursday night and discussed possibly looking at buying a new house. We went on a page and started looking. We showed interest in a few on Thursday night. Friday morning I got a phone call from Monica. She took the time to discuss everything we were looking for including our budget. We talked for an hour about houses and life. She took some time to get to know us as well. Friday night after work Darren took us around and showed us some houses. We move very fast and the 2 of them together were able to be on top of everything. There was no breakdown in communication throughout the entire process. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We had everyone in the loop from the title company, to the lender we were using, and them as our agents. 6 weeks later our house was closed on and we were into our new home.
