If finding a home is an art form, then the journey to get there should be a world-class performance.  I'm Layne Snyder, and I work alongside my wife and partner, Ang Snyder, as a dedicated real estate team serving North Idaho. While Ang focuses on curating the perfect lifestyle for our clients, my mission is to be your lead strategist, problem-solver, and social navigator.   

 I’ve traveled the world and seen some incredible places, but Coeur d'Alene is where I chose to plant my roots. There is simply no better stage for a life well-lived than right here in our own backyard.

 I thrive on the "puzzle" of real estate. Where others see a challenge or a roadblock, I see an opportunity to find a creative solution. I’m a people person through and through—I don't just want to know your "must-haves" in a kitchen; I want to know the stories and dreams that are driving your next chapter. My goal is to make sure every piece of your move clicks perfectly into place.

 When I’m not negotiating on your behalf or scouting the next great North Idaho opportunity, you’ll likely find me leaning into our local culture. Whether I’m hitting the trails for a hike, enjoying the local theater scene, or singing my heart out, I’m usually doing it in the company of good friends and even better food.
