She has repeatedly gone above and beyond and protected our interests. On our final walkthrough the day before closing we found a previously unnoticed issue with the floor that was not disclosed by the sellers. The next morning she had a contractor out there to give us a bid and we were given a credit at closing that afternoon. She has been great and also sold our current home for over asking price!

About Evon

With over 35 years of real estate experience, I have loved working with Buyers and Sellers every single day. I am a graduate of East Carolina University with a BS degree in education. I taught school for a few years just out of college and loved teaching children, not only academics, but also life skills. After teaching school for 5 years, I found real estate to be my true calling, I was married to a builder, so real estate was a part of our everyday life. The industry soon took center stage and my teaching skills turned into teaching and coaching clients on how to buy and sell houses. I have met so many wonderful people and made so many friends over the years that I can't image doing anything else to make a living. My number one goal is to meet each client's expectation and make their home buying or selling experience the best it can be. I have a deep desire and passion for helping people and I put that desire to work for my clients everyday!
