I worked with Kari for about a year and a half looking for a place. In October I finally put an offer on a condo and with Kari’s help got it under contract. At the end of November I had to terminate the contract because the Seller was having trouble getting VA approval and my lease was expiring on Christmas Day. That day Kari starting showing me places again and once I found one she had it under contract within 24 hours. With Kari’s help I was able to close two days before my lease expired and without a hiccup. Needless to say, I’ll be using Kari for any future residential real estate transactions.
