From the beginning Shannon was prompt on her responses. She ensured she answered all our questions and calmed the worries we had about selling. She provided insight and education for us to make the best decisions on what projects to finish by prioritizing a list for us. (As we had a lot of unfinished home improvement project going on simultaneously.) She was fluid with our timeline when it drastically changed as our new move date fluctuated. She was helpful in finding contractors who were reasonably priced for our last minute projects and any loose ends. She took it to the next level when we had to leave the state to start our new jobs, she ensured everything ran smoothly with all the contractors and ensuring they did an excellent job. She asked us at the beginning what we wanted most and we said to sell as quick as possible! And man DID SHE DELIVER AND THEN SOME! We had multiple offers, back up offers and sold over asking! Shannon was excellent! She maintained open communication across state lines throughout the process of searching, placing an offer and buying our home sight unseen! My husband and I never felt pressured or rushed. We felt informed, prepared and engaged during each step of the process. She spent over an hour FaceTiming us for the initial walkthrough and she picked us up from the airport, so that we could go directly to the home for our final walkthrough. About Shannon

Growing up in Atlanta, I always knew I wanted to be a veterinarian. I also grew up helping my father renovate our houses and we both shared a love for real estate. After a few decades in the veterinary field, I felt like it was time for a change and thought back to the days of looking at real estate with my dad and it was an easy transition into becoming a Realtor. Since 2017, I have found my niche of helping clients buy and sell luxury investment and vacation homes from the North Georgia Mountains down to Atlanta. My husband and I own several short term rentals around North Georgia, which has helped me cultivate a servant leader style in my investment real estate business as I help others learn about investing in real estate. My roots are in Atlanta but part of my heart belongs to the beautiful mountains, so I serve most of North Georgia. Do what you love, and you never work a day in your life!
