Tamara Harke – Team Leader / Real Estate Broker Tamara graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Consumer and Family Sciences. Tamara’s strong work ethic was very useful in her 1st career after college in managing restaurants. She then moved into sales with Olinger Distributing as a Wine & Spirits Sales Representative covering St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall & Laporte Counties. These two careers influenced her love for cooking and wine. She definitely loves to talk about wine, so if you ever need advice on pairing food and wine, she can help you with that too. Wanting to be more in charge of her own destiny, she started her full-time real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2003 quickly becoming a multimillion-dollar producer. Always looking for the next challenge she continues to raise the bar and increase her multimillion-dollar level each year. With over 3 decades in sales and marketing, Tamara continually strives to set high expectations for herself and her team. Now with 20+ years in real estate, she still loves the day-to-day tasks of hitting the streets and continues to have a real passion for working with her clients to make their homeownership dream come true. Denise Evans – Transaction Coordinator / Real Estate Broker Denise, a licensed Realtor, and Transaction Coordinator joined the team in 2014. Denise earned her Real Estate Brokers license in 2020 to be able to assist the buyers and sellers more fully through the transaction process. As Transaction Coordinator, she handles behind-the-scenes details to insure an organized and timely process for each client with the goal of getting to the closing on the contracted closing date. Outside the world of real estate, Denise and her husband have lived in the Michiana area for 20+ years raising their 4 children. Denise enjoys impromptu fun evenings with friends, traveling, gardening, and anything volleyball. Jillian Kazmierzak – Rehab Specialist / Real Estate Broker Jillian is a lifelong resident of St. Joseph County. Together with her husband, they have run their own business and currently own several rental homes in the area. Having found her passion for rehabbing homes, she became a realtor in 2016 joining our team in 2020. She brings her realtor expertise as well as knowledge on how to resolve household construction and mechanical problems. Having an all-in, hands-on personality Jillian’s real estate career has evolved into searching out homes that need to be updated for future homeowners and does much of the work herself. Leslie Strohkirch AKA “Les” – Real Estate Broker Leslie has spent the last 27 years working in the service industry, most recently as a Senior Manager with Apple Retail. In 2021, Leslie chose to change gears in his professional career and earned his Real Estate license, and joined the team at Coldwell Banker. Leslie has lived all over the Midwest, moving to the South Bend market 10 years ago.
