You Get What You Pay For! Making the decision to put the house on the market was the most difficult decision, all the rest Sally Mackie made easy! I’ve worked with many agents over the years including discount brokers and my friends said why pay an agent in this market?! I tell them … you get what you pay for! About Sally

Welcome to NC!  My husband and I have lived in Cary since 1996 after living in 5 Points in Raleigh.  Before that I lived in Wake Forest, North Raleigh and Fuquay Varina. 

We are both NC State graduates, however, most of my generational NC family have been UNC graduates, including my Mother who says, "I never thought one of my children would be an NC State graduate"!  Both my husband and I are graduates of Wake County High Schools as his family moved here with the first wave of IBMers headed to RTP in the early 1960's. 

I have a very large extended NC family in Eastern NC and have been visiting before birth.  I do consider myself as having grown up "outside of the bubble" as I lived in the Seattle area until I was 15.  My Brother is still in the Seattle area and I have friends and cousins there also.  My Sister and niece live in DC and her son and wife live in NYC.  2 of my children still live in Cary and my eldest is a Quality Industrial Engineer with GE and currently located in Greenville, SC.

If it's Wake County or any County near me I am familiar with the area.  I also have worked with many buyers purchasing beach property from Emerald Island to Sunset Beach.  I have an extended team and can assist buyers in Charlotte thru the Triad, RTP/RDU area all the way to Wilmington.

I have been honored to build my Top Producing Realtor status business by working by referall and introduction and I assist my clients where they need assistance regardless of geography.
