We had been looking for a new house for two years. Seen thirty to forty up and down the east coast with mixed results. When we engaged with Dianne for Madison real estate, she showed us the best matches to our needs for great living options. I placed them at first to third in our list of 40 houses considered. Then when we chose our new home and got down to the details of completing the sale, Dianne swung into problem solver mode immediately and worked into the night, drawing up our proposal to the seller. When I had questions about what I was actually signing for on the documents, she talked me through all my questions with ease and without making me feel like a dumb guy. Any coordination we needed in the many steps to get us to the signing, she was on it right now. And it all came together on closing day without a bobble. We’ve moved in and out of 6 houses in our life together. This was the best process by a long shot and nearly all the credit goes to Dianne. I hope we don’t need her services again, but if we do, I’m calling her.

Dianne earned a membership designation in the exclusive Institute of Luxury Home Marketing in 2023, giving her the ability to tap into exclsive resarch, marketing and prospect data allowing her to more effectively market luxury properties to a wide audience of high-value buyers.

Previously, Dianne and her husband, Patrick, were proud owners of the Morgan County Citizen newspaper and Lake Oconee Living magazine, which were later acquired by the Times-Journal, Inc. in 2021. She actively contributed to the Georgia Press Association as a board member from 2015 to 2021. During her impressive tenure in marketing and public relations, she spent a decade at Cohn & Wolfe in Atlanta, representing esteemed organizations like The Coca-Cola Company, Home Depot, AFLAC and Federal Express during the 1988 Winter Olympic Games in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  She has been active in her community and church as well serving on civic and nonprofit boards and committees such as the City of Madison’s Main Street committee. She received the Volunteer of the Year award twice from the City of Madison and has also received the Madison-Morgan Chamber of Commerce’s Volunteer of the Year award.

Currently residing in Madison with her husband, their empty nest is filled with the delightful company of a toy poodle named Ollie, a Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix named Scout and an old, beloved cat named Coco.
