Kate Porter Buxton is a wife, dog mom, Aggie, servant leader and community builder. She is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced Real Estate Salesperson serving the flourishing North Texas region.

After a 10-year career in the corporate commercial real estate world, encompassing multifamily commercial mortgage lending, Affordable Housing and in the commercial non-profit 501c3 sectors, Kate obtained her real estate license and pursued her entrepreneurial desire as a Real Estate Salesperson on a part-time basis. Deeply passionate to give a full-service real estate experience to her clients, Kate shifted from being a dual career, part-time agent to full-time Salesperson, leaving her corporate post and thereby further allowing her to be your trusted advisor and advocate throughout the entire real estate process.

While striving to give a full-service real estate experience resulting in confident and informed decision making for her clients, Kate’s bigger goal is to create meaningful relationships that grow and last far beyond the real estate project. She enjoys working with diverse personalities from different walks of life, each having their own unique stories. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Kate worked in the secondary education sector, Her experience in the educational sector combined with her corporate experience have elevated her ability to listen attentively, discern and appreciate individual needs, and compassionately relate to others.

She loves bass fishing with her husband, getting her hands dirty working in her garden, working agility, and playing with her Border Collie, Sally Mae, spending time with her family and volunteering for local efforts.
