Isabelle and Stayko ware among the first people that I met here in San Diego. They make an amazing team. They are knowledgeable about people and properties. They understood my anxieties with San Diego traffic. They were gracious with my 3 kids who were in tow during the showings. Isabelle and Stayko were thoughtful and compassionate- making sure that the properties that we looked at would be safe and comfortable for me and my family. We were temporarily relocating to San Diego because of my husband's work. I called several offices and got voice mails. I am so glad that I called Coldwell Banker and Stayko and Isabelle picked up. I was stressed out and needed to find a place in 2 days. Isabelle and Stayko immediately got busy working. By the end of the day I had at about 20 properties to look at. I was able to narrow the list to 7 given some of my stringent requirements. I needed a place for about 2 1/2 - 5 months. I needed the neighborhood to be kid friendly, close to my husband's work, near the beach if possible and within my budget. They showed my 3 properties that were beautiful and still available. In the end, we decided to go with another option because my husband felt that our time line for being in San Diego was fluid and possibly unpredictable. We decided that it was better to be housed in a corporate setting that was more favorable to early or late departures. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for real estate agents. If I ever decide to buy property in San Diego or the surrounding area - I will definitely call them. They were an absolute pleasure!
