We met Lucy at an “aspirational” (for us) open house visit that she was the agent for, a house that was way out of our price range. We told her right up front that we were just there to admire, but this didn’t deter her from being the warmest and most generous host, showing us the place in detail while getting in some very perceptive questions about what we were looking for. By the end of our visit to this house, we had gotten tips from her on a myriad unrelated things — while also getting the sense that she was passionate at her work without an ounce of pushiness, full of useful info and grounded wisdom. Within a few days we were texting back and forth around different listings. When I didn’t like the listings, she had me zero in on what specifically I did and didn’t like — a smart strategy that enabled my husband and me to identify precisely what we wanted, and more importantly, that revealed discrepancies in our joint vision that we didn’t know were there, and which we quickly got to resolving. This process helped narrow our search down and within a month, we had the key to our dream home. The closing process was super fast due to a travel plan we couldn’t change, and Lucy not only kept up but pushed everyone involved (gently but firmly) ahead of schedule. Did I mention she’s a charming person with a fantastic, dry sense of humor?

We connected with Lucy about 2 years ago as we wanted to sell our rental property in Park City. After a few false starts based on her very detailed knowledge of the tax laws, we sold our property. Hands down amazing realtor! Lucy goes above and beyond. She holds your hand and goes to bat for you. She tells you what you should expect and what to watch out for. My transaction was smooth sailing because of her. It's foolish to make the biggest purchase of your life without quality representation. My transaction could have easily gone horribly wrong but with Lucy's skill and expertise, she made this fun!
