I was a buyer from out of the country with a 7-hour time difference. Mary-Ellen was very flexible in working with me. Mary-Ellen would search listings for me to review and she would also review listings I found and get the answers to my questions. Then one day Mary-Ellen sent two listings and said “are you interested in either one of these?” I couldn’t answer her fast enough. She had found a log sided condo in the woods. I replied immediately and couldn’t wait to have my sister meet Mary-Ellen and view the condo for me. She had found something that contained all the pieces of what I liked and she made a proposal the next day, along with 5 other offers the sellers received. Due to Mary-Ellen’s ingenuity in how she wrote the proposal, having preapproved counters, enabled me to get the house. I’m sure if this wasn’t the case I would have missed out on the house. If I were to buy/sell another house I would definitely work with Mary-Ellen again.
