Clayton Martin: June 2023 Mark Barter is a fantastic realtor all-around! My wife and I truly enjoyed working with him because he went above and beyond in all aspects of our transaction. He was quick to learn and adapt to our needs and requirements and he never showed us a property which wasn’t clearly meeting our preferences. About Mark

Intrigued by real estate for many years, I decided to finally act on my interest and became a Realtor in 2016. I was a multi-million dollar producer in my first year and have helped my clients buy and sell almost $70 Million worth of real estate since 2017. I brought a successful sales career, a keen attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for my clients, to HomeSmart Professionals!

With real estate, each day is something new and I love meeting people and listening to their stories. I want to be the difference in this industry and not look at my clients as a "transaction" but see them as someone who is authoring a story in life and is giving me the opportunity to have a chapter. I want to help them, educate them, and see their eyes light up when they leave the closing with the keys!

In 2023, I became an affiliate for Homes for Heroes. A member of my family, a Retired US Navy Pilot, passed away suddenly in May 2022, and in his honor, I decided to become an affiliate to give back to the Heroes that give so much to us. Service Deserves Its Rewards!
