Let me just say , he is the best realtor hands down ! The amount of patience he has with his clients makes the experience top tier . He does not try rushing you just to buy a property . He allows you to take your time to choose and ensure that all of your wishes are imbedded into your dream home. He does not push you into any home that you decline just to make a sale. He studies your taste and ensure the homes that he send you are up to part. He is very flexible with his availability in showing properties . There has never been a time I requested to see a home that he was unavailable. He was very helpful every step of the way and made my home buying process very smooth and worth it ! Jerry is the best, a great experience all around! His knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market coupled with a background knowledge of general contracting help to point out any potential issues with prospective purchases. He is always available to answer questions in a timely manner and able to explain forms and documents during the homebuying/selling process. Jerry also has a vast network of connections with other realtors, lenders, contractors, and appraisers, etc that make the process seamless. Never pushy to make a quick deal, he gives you time to decide when you are ready to make a move and comes up with a plan of attack for the best results. Highly recommend!!!
