If I could give Christina Henteleff a hundred stars I would!! From the very beginning of our house selling journey Christina sat us down to go over all of what she and Coldwell Reality had to offer to make the process of selling our home of 20 years as smooth, professional and as stress free as possible. Christina vowed to help us with every step of the way including staging our home to bring out its best characteristics. She has an amazing eye for decorating. She started with the marketing plan of how the house would be marketed to the public. It started with staging the house, and a professional photo shoot. There were fliers published and marketed to social media. Next was the Open House and once again Christina was spot on handling the barrage of 65 visitors to our home. Eight days after the house was listed we had several offer to purchase. Again Christina was there to present her expert analysis on the merits of each offer to help us decide on the options presented. Once we accepted the offer we thought now we can relax and let escrow handle the details. Silly us we had no idea how many steps there were to complete the sale. Again Christina was on top of every step. She had a item list drawn up with items and deadlines for all the important steps necessary before closing. There were so many details for both the buying and selling realtors to deal with. Christina was on all those tasks daily it seemed like she never rested. She contacted us daily on most days to keep us updated on progress. We could not imagine selling our house with any other agent. We would highly recommend her to our Family and friends. What attributes we love about Christina: Honesty, integrity, professionalism, motivation, knowledge and her love and kindred spirit.

Christina Henteleff has been truly the dream realtor for our family. We can’t thank Christina enough for going above and beyond to help us through the complete process to have our home sold to the perfect buyers. She is more than a realtor, Christina was helpful to get the contractors and vendors available to help with repair, gardening, maintenance or whatever was needed to get the house ready. She was thoughtful to keep us informed on all details with her updates and kept us at ease during some of the stressful points of this process. Every phone call, text, or email were answered by her in a timely manner without leaving any doubt to addressing our questions. This review is lengthy but I assure you, it is worth the extra time. Christina is a knowledgeable, dedicated, creative and resourceful realtor whose energy and enthusiasm are infectious. She also happens to be a warm, thoughtful and compassionate person. My husband and I were introduced to Christina by my mother in law. In the time that she got to know her, Christina was not only my mother in law's realtor, my mother in law came to consider Christina a friend. The circumstances that we were introduced to Christina were rather unique. My mother in law had been diagnosed with a terminal illness and had made arrangements for the posthumous sale of her house. In the time that they knew each other, Christina was privy to my mother in law's stories and fond memories she and her late husband had shared in their beautiful home. After my mother in law passed away, in the midst of our grief, we had the daunting task of selling her house. We couldn't have hoped for a better person than Christina to be in charge of it. Prior to putting the house on the market, it had to be prepped. Christina worked tirelessly to get the house ready for showings and open house in the time frame/goal we had mutually agreed on. We thought it was a tight timeline but Christina assured us that it was completely doable, especially with the help of my mother in law's best friend who lived close by. Since no family member lived locally and most of us live on the East Coast, virtually all aspects of the sale of the house were done remotely. Christina patiently guided, talked and walked us through both the paperwork and overall process. Since my husband and I had no experience selling or buying a house, this was most invaluable. From the initial showing and up until the house was sold, Christina was superbly professional, represented our family with integrity and respected my late mother in law's wishes down to every last detail. Christina was driven and laser focused on the task at hand. Simultaneously, she was sensitive and always mindful that we were grieving. Given how quickly and smoothly the sale of the house went, my mother in law clearly had chosen her realtor wisely. My husband and I consider ourselves lucky and are most grateful that Christina was our realtor during a most challenging time.
