About Marybeth

Born and raised in NJ, I relocated to Apollo Beach approximately ten years ago. I am a CPA with a Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification and Senior Real Estate Specialist® Designation. I am a Member of the AICPA, Better Living for Seniors in Hillsborough County, Southshore Chamber of Commerce, and the Institute of Luxury Homes Marketing.

I received my Bachelor’s in Accounting and MBA in Finance from Monmouth University, certificates in Executive Leadership from Harvard University and Women’s Leadership from Smith College which enables me to bring a unique investment and risk perspective to real estate. 

My background is paramount, as I have over 25 years of experience in real estate as part of my executive corporate tenure, approximately 10 years being a local business owner and actively supporting various local charities and organizations that support women, children and animals in need.
