You cannot ask more than that!

Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills Fantastic experience with Charlotte. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. We purchased a home and will be moving from Texas. Charlotte went out of her way to make the entire process so smooth and easy for us. Any time we had questions, she replied to emails or calls so fast. During the search, she would go around and view a property even before telling us about it as she knew we were limited in how often we could jump on a plane to fly down. Once we found a house, she was so good in the negotiation. She guided us to start much lower in the offer process than we would have without her. We ended up getting a much better deal. During the 6 weeks before closing, Charlotte worked for us to line up service people and negotiate work that the seller would take care of after the inspection. All major things were covered by the seller! The closing day went so quickly and without glitch. The agents that handled the closing were all just like Charlotte - so personable, friendly and helpful! The entire process was so positive. Charlotte really takes her job seriously and will help in any way that she can. She is extremely professional, honest and caring. She is even keeping an eye on our property until we can make our move. I have great respect for Charlotte and we feel like we have found a long time friend.
