I recently had the opportunity to work with Elliott and to stage one of his properties for sale. Throughout the project he was extremely professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The best part though, was after the house sold I met with his client and she told me about how he took over her listing that wasn’t selling, provided expert advice, pricing and a game plan for getting it sold which included our staging services, and he ultimately knocked it out of the park by getting them multiple offers! My journey in real estate began in California before the 2008 market crash, where I gained firsthand experience buying, selling, and managing my own investment and rental properties. That background gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in any market, from challenging conditions to times of growth.

With a degree in Software Engineering, I bring a strong foundation in technology and data-driven strategy to real estate. My experience in graphic design allows me to elevate property marketing through powerful visuals and storytelling that attract discerning buyers, especially within the luxury and high-value segments.
