Selling made easy and fast by Laura When you choose a realtor you want someone who will put their full attention on selling your home. That was our experience with Laura! She went above our expectations with open houses, yes more than a day but weekends. She took extra time to make sure everything was looking perfect. Laura had beautiful professional pictures taken, made a flyer for buyers to take with them and a nice spread at the open houses. I was informed of every showing and possible buyers. Her communication with us was A+. Laura was there every step until closing and at the end went above her responsibilities as a realtor. When our buyer nit picked a few things (dust in the garage) Laura took it upon herself to make it good. WOW! I did not think it was possible. My wife and I wanted a house that went on the market and the next day had a full slate of walk throughs booked instantly. We put an offer in right away, but I do not believe we were the only ones. Laura worked an incredible offer (better than we thought possible) and ended up not only getting the house but $25k under what it ended up appraising for! Not only this but we wanted to get in before Thanksgiving (which was just a couple weeks away at this point) and surely this was a laughable goal. HOWEVER! Not for Laura. She worked magic and BOOM. We were in nearly a week prior to Thanksgiving. Something everyone said was impossible. To be honest, my work schedule is so busy. Buying a house in the timeframe I did should have not been a possibility but with Laura and her team, it was EASY.
