I would Highly recommend using Tamara Aristy as your agent. She is a very calm person unlike so many aggressive agents I have used in the past. She understands the business and even though it seems it is harder to sell these days she was there through the entire process. In a market and area where there are so many condos for sale we had three buyers, not all went through but the last one came through. Tamara helped with the permit problems that came up due to lack of information provided to me by the previous closing agent. But in the end it all happened and got me a closing.
