What do Clients Say?
Melissa was absolutely great to work with. Her analysis of the comps in the area and her willingness to manage the entire buying process was hard to beat. She also helped me facilitate contractor work that needed to be done at the house, which was very helpful.

Melissa was great to work with throughout our buying process and was extremely understanding and helpful as we worked to find a suitable home to relocate from another city. We appreciated her thoughtful approach to helping us find the right place and would highly recommend her services to others.
Alec P., Castle Hills
The sale of my family home was a bittersweet process. We were the original owners of the house. My father was so proud when he bought it for our family. Fast forward more than 40 years, and the time came to make a heartbreaking decision to sell it. Our realtor, Melissa Aguillon, was the most compassionate and supportive realtor throughout the entire process, especially through my minor emotional points during the process, and as well as her real estate knowledge and know-how. I leaned and trusted her immensely throughout this process, and I am so grateful. She wasn't just interested in selling the home, she made sure to follow up and offer her help with all the little details you don't even think about or really know you need help with until it's staring you in the face. I highly recommend Melissa Aguillon and her team.
ASF, Estate at Mission Trace
From the very beginning of the home buying process, Melissa took amazing care of me. She took the time, pre-purchase, to understand my needs. She took time to explain and help me understand the buyer representation agreement. After we came to an agreement, she was quick to find and show homes that fit my criteria. She was supportive and I never one felt pressure to make a rush decision. She did a market analysis to ensure we made a competitive offer. Once we made an offer on a home, Melissa represented me well during the negotiation process, pushing for concessions on my behalf and holding the seller accountable. We closed on time and I couldn't be happier with my experience. With Melissa, you're in great hands
